I had some issues downloading apps at first and emailed FeaturePoints, who replied p quickly and gave me a few tips:

Feauture points isn’t THAT SAFE. I know I should have known better and be more cautious with downloading an app which feature points promoted, but anyway – it was some shade app that you had to use for a while to receive points. I didn’t receive points, because app wanted me to pay in order to be usable, and somehow even without my strict agreement, started to use sms option by itself and eat out my mobile account. I lost quite a lot of savings on my mobile due to that, and up to this day (after 2 years) I have to have my option “pay by sms” blocked on my number.
